Peg Leg Pete’s opened March 1, 1991, selling only oysters, shrimp and a few sandwiches. There was always a great selection on the jukebox or a talented musician on the stage in the dining room. Peg Leg Pete’s soon became one of the hot spots on Pensacola Beach. Locals loved the year round great prices. Tourists were treated as if they lived here. Peg Leg Pete’s represented Pensacola Beach hospitality at its best!

The owners/operators of Peg Leg Pete’s also own LaFitte Cove Marina, Sidelines Sports Bar and Restaurant, Maria’s Fresh Seafood Market, and Olde East Hill Grill.

LaFitte Cove Marina is located directly behind Peg Leg Pete’s. The marina has 41 boat slips, 5 of which are reserved for Peg Leg Pete’s customers who wish to arrive via boat.
Sidelines Sports Bar and Restaurant opened in 1992 and was the first sports bar on Pensacola Beach. Sidelines quickly became a favorite of beach locals, which serves a varied menu of sports bar favorites, including Pensacola’s best chicken wings. There are 45 televisions for the viewing pleasure of its patrons.

Maria’s Fresh Seafood Market is located on 621 E. Cervantes Street in Pensacola. Maria’s is made up of two divisions- wholesale and retail. The wholesale division delivers to restaurants, hospitals, military and many other vendors. The retail store offers a full line of fresh and frozen seafood. 

In 2019, Maria's expanded its retail location and added a restaurant, Olde East Hill Grill. Located inside Maria's, The Grill offers fresh seafood in a fast casual setting and is known for its fried mullet and Southern sides, as well as shrimp, oysters, and fresh catch.
